We had never heard of Duijndam, prior to searching for a used grading line in 2015. A local equipment dealer, here in Canada, had some dealings with Duijndam, and told us they felt they were a reputable company. In spite of that reference, it still felt risky, sending over $100,000.00 to a company we knew nothing about.

When our Greefa MSE grader arrived, our fears were gone. The machine was in beautiful condition, and Duijndam had professionally shipped it. They way they had wrapped and protected it, and the amount of strapping they used, resulted in there being little chance of damage during shipping. The documentation was thorough and complete. Duijndam had obviously been experienced in international shipping.

I had a few good phone calls with Duijndam Machines and afterwards I decided to visit the company in the Netherlands. When I arrived at the company everything was the same as on the phone, the two brothers were friendly and the Onion Harvester was even in better condition as I thought. Every machine was stalled in their indoor warehouse, nice and clean. You don't play games when it comes down to your family name. And they take their reputation very serious. Now I'm back at my company and working with the machine, I'm sure that I will do business again with these guys!
